IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

The Implementation Managers (IM) oversees Lead Developers and is responsible for day to day project health, along with strategic planning within their operation area.  The Implementation Manager will be aligned with a customer type (Partner, Strategic or Tactical), as such all projects for a particular customer will be assigned to one of those three teams. 

The Implementation Manager(s) will have two or more Lead Developers assigned to them, who will execute the majority of the coding effort for a particular project.  It is the job of the Implementation Manager to ensure alignment of technical efforts with the customers' business case, the Consultants' strategic or tactical vision for the customer and Pinstripe's productization efforts.

On large projects, The Implementation Manager will ensure that multiple Lead Developers are building code that is compatible for later reintegration as a single project or application.


 

LEVEL 3 .NET PROGRAMMER / APPLICATION ARCHITECT

  

Overall Responsibilities:

  • To architect and support a reusable enterprise application framework, as directed by company senior staff. 
  • To own architectural documentation, creating an in depth requirements document to be used by all internal development staff to accomplish the business objective of each of Pinstripe’s endeavors.
  • To drive Pinstripe process improvement in all phases of the software development lifecycle, implement those processes across a 15-50 person development team, and to measure and improve processes continually.
  • To make key decisions regarding technical direction as dictated by various business cases.
  • To contribute to business analysis and customer consultation as needed.
  • To assist executive management in project accounting, personnel assessments, resource allocation, and supervision of Pinstripe’s deliverables.
  • To lead Pinstripe’s developer mentoring, and function as a company knowledge base for advanced programming techniques.
  • To perform additional duties as assigned by company management within corporate objectives.
  • Strategic vision on production initiatives.

 



PROJECT MANAGER 

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

LEVEL 2-3 .NET PROGRAMMER

 

We are seeking an experienced .net developer to work on a wide array of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in a consulting environment and a proven track record of delivering end to end projects and support.  This position is a permanent, full-time position working on customer projects and Pinstripe owned intellectual property.





LEVEL 2 PHP PROGRAMMER 

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • To efficiently and effectively carry out development tasks throughout the full production lifecycle, as directed and architected by company senior staff.
  • To contribute to business analysis and project architecture as needed.
  • To assist company management in project assessment and resource allocation.
  • To serve as primary interface to Pinstripe customers’ project managers to manage expectations, communicate and record project changes and impact to budget/timeline.
  • To perform additional duties as assigned by company management within corporate objectives.

 


 

LEVEL 1 .NET OR PHP PROGRAMMERS 

 

We are currently seeking Level 1 programmers with experience in any of multiple languages. A working knowledge of .net, PHP, CF, Classic ASP, Visual FoxPro, Java or other mainstream languages desired. 

Level 1 .net Programmers should have experience in the day-to-day use of Visual studio, how to build and deploy basic web and WinForm apps and a general knowledge of reporting. 

Level 1 Programmers in other languages should have experience with multiple IDEs, along with a strong understanding of OO programming techniques, coupled with a working knowledge of the full SDLC. 

Level 2 Programmers should have a solid understanding of the full SDLC, have designed and deployed applications on their own and have experience working with a source code repository. 

 

 



 

QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER

 

The role of the Software Test Engineer Lead is to: provide a strong QA testing skill set to Pinstripe’s delivery process, establish scalable QA procedures and processes based on Best Practices, and champion the continuous improvement of Testing practices. 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Design test plans, scenarios, or scripts as required by project variables
  • Plan testing schedule in accordance with project scope and delivery dates
  • Identify and document software defects in program function, output, online screen, or content
  • Monitor defect resolution efforts and track success
  • Analyze defects in an attempt to eliminate causes
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality
  • Be a resource for matters of quality and analysis, keeping current with leading edge practices:
    • Help implement automated testing in the near future
  • Provide support and training on how to achieve quality objectives
  • Develop repository for Quality data
  • Champion the establishment and ongoing updating of standards and guidelines:
    • Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
    • Document test procedures to ensure they can be replicated and are compliant with standards
  • Support Quality Assurance department initiatives
  • Help mentor other testers in testing and Best Practices.
